This orientation program is open to Canadian Meeting Planners and Meetings & Incentives Group Specialists only
FAM application deadline is Monday November 11, 2024. Successful applicants will be advised on Thursday November 14, 2024.
This is a limited space program, so we encourage you to apply early to be considered for a space on this exciting trip!
Fam Fee: There is no fam fee. This is a "Meet Me In Mo Bay" program, where confirmed participants are required to make their own air arrangements and book their own flights into Montego Bay. Designated airport is the Sangster International Airport (MBJ). Confirmed participants will be provided an airline discount code for a 40% discount off the on-line airfare on a Canadian carrier, departing from Canada. Additionally, upon return from the trip, a further C$300 air credit will be provided within 14 days. Together, this should substantially assist with airfares.
Upon arrival into Montego Bay, confirmed participants will be met by the local Jamaica Tourist Board airport team and transported to the first host hotel. Return airport transfer is also included, provided participants are arriving on the first day of the trip and departing on the last day of the trip.
We advise that companions or clients are not permitted on this particular orientation program at this time.
